BJJ Journey is developed by BJJ Journey. This page explains how to request
deletion of your account and associated data. Questions:

How to delete your account
Recommended — in the app (immediate):
Open BJJ Journey → go to Profile → tap
Delete Account → confirm. Your account and data are removed right away.
If you cannot access the app:
Submit the form below with the email address tied to your account. We process web requests
within 30 days and email you when deletion is complete.
Data that is deleted
When your account is deleted, we permanently remove:
Account email, name, gym, belt rank, and training preferences
All training sessions (notes, dates, intensity, tags, AI reflections, transcriptions)
Weekly training reviews
Your Firebase Authentication record
Voice notes are processed in the app for analysis and are not stored as audio files after
processing.
Data that may be retained
Crash and diagnostic logs: aggregated or anonymous Firebase diagnostics
may be retained for up to approximately 90 days per Google's standard retention policies.
Purchase records: subscription and purchase history at Apple, Google
Play, and RevenueCat (BJJ Journey does not store payment card numbers).
Deletion request record: if you submit the form below, we keep your email
and request status until the deletion is completed, then remove that record within 30 days.
